I’m very excited to share my conversation with Lydia Blanchard from My Adventure Gang.
Lydia is an avid hiker who has completed the 48 peaks challenge in New Hampshire. She talks about how hiking has changed her, both mentally and physically, and shares why she began her women’s adventure retreats. She has upcoming retreats in Slovenia, Patagonia, and Morocco.
